Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking experienced and compassionate UK Registered General Nurses (RGN)
for a long-term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidates will be
responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medication, and collaborating with
other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities:
 Assess patient needs and develop and implement care plans
 Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
 Monitor patient progress and document observations
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
 Educate patients and families on health-related topics
 Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving treatments
 Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards
 Adhere to NMC codes of conduct and guidelines
Qualifications:
 Current UK RGN registration in good standing with the NMC

 Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
 Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations
 BLS and ACLS certification
