Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Health Physician for a
long-term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing medical care and consultation services to employees, identifying and addressing
workplace health hazards, and promoting a culture of health and safety within the organization.
Responsibilities:
 Conduct regular medical evaluations and screenings for employees
 Identify and address workplace health hazards, including ergonomic, environmental, and
psychological issues
 Provide medical treatment and care to employees, including emergency care and follow-up
care
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
 Educate employees on health-related topics and promote a culture of health and safety
within the organization
 Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
 Keep up-to-date with current medical research and trends in occupational health
 Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
 Medical degree and board certification in Occupational Medicine

 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
 Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health procedures and protocols
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations
 Current medical license in good standing
