I. Position Overview

Title: Incomes & Systems Manager
Department: Finance
Reporting to: CFO/Head of Finance
II. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to optimize income streams and improve overall financial performance
Lead and manage the income and systems team, setting goals and objectives, and providing mentorship and development opportunities
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management
Oversee the implementation, maintenance and improvement of systems and processes related to income management, including financial reporting, budget forecasting, and performance management.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems, and implement internal controls to safeguard assets
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to systems and processes
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that systems and processes support and enhance business operations
Manage relationships with external partners, including technology vendors and consultants
III. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, income management, and systems management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong team management skills
Experience with automation and system integration is a plus.
