I. Position Overview

Title: Head of Digital & IT
Department: Digital & IT
Reporting to: CEO/COO
II. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a digital and IT strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives
Lead and manage the digital and IT team, setting goals and objectives, and providing mentorship and development opportunities
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital and IT systems, including websites, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and internal systems
Ensure the security and integrity of all digital and IT systems and data
Stay current with digital and IT trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to systems and processes
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital and IT services
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that digital and IT initiatives support and enhance business operations
III. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital and IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of digital and IT trends and best practices
Experience with website development, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and internal systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience managing budgets and resources
Strong team management skills
