Job Title: Director of Business Services and Development
Purpose: The Director of Business Services and Development is responsible for leading and managing the business services and development team, and for developing and implementing strategies to grow the company’s revenue and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
Manage and lead the business services and development team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare and present reports on business performance and progress to senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to align business services and development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business services and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Reports to: CEO
