Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager for a long-
term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for
leading the financial planning and analysis for the company, and providing financial guidance to
support the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for the company’s operations,
including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Provide expert financial advice to senior management and other departments on financial
and strategic matters
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations
for improvements
Identify and evaluate potential investments and acquisitions
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts
Provide support on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
with financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
8+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Experience with accounting software and ERP
