Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking experienced and skilled cooks for a long-term contract position with
one of our clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-
quality meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborating with other kitchen staff
to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
 Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu specifications and dietary
restrictions
 Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and
stocking supplies
 Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
 Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
 Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards
 Follow recipe guidelines and instructions
 Keep track of inventory and food cost
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 1+ years of experience in a similar role
 Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques

 Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Proven ability to work well in a team
 Food handlers permit
 culinary education is a plus
