Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Business Systems & Program Manager for
a long-term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for
leading the implementation and management of business systems and programs to support the
company’s operations and goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of business systems and programs
Identify and evaluate new technologies and systems to improve business operations and
efficiencies
Manage and prioritize project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business
objectives
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, and provide recommendations
for improvements
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of
business operations
Manage and develop a team of business systems and program analysts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or
related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of business operations and processes
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in implementing and managing business systems and programs
