Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and organized Assistant Project Manager for a long-
term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will assist the Project
Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects and will be
responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the
customer.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules,
and budgets
Coordinate project tasks and activities and ensure they are completed on time
Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders
Communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project
objectives are met
Identify and resolve project issues and risks
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
1-2 years of experience in a project management role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with project management software and tools
PMP or other project management certifications is a plus
