Application Support Analyst/Programmer

Job Description:

EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Application Support Analyst/Programmer
for a long-term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible
for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our client’s various software applications, as
well as contributing to the development and maintenance of these applications.

Responsibilities:
 Provide technical support to internal and external customers
 Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
 Monitor and maintain software systems and applications
 Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of new software features
 Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs and improve application
performance
 Document and track all support requests and resolutions
 Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide status updates and
gather feedback

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
 2+ years of experience in an application support role
 Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging
 Experience with SQL and database management
 Strong programming skills in at least one programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
 Excellent communication and customer service skills
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
