I. Position Overview

Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst
Department: IT
Reporting to: Head of IT/IT Manager
II. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and other hardware and software components
Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, and provide technical support to users
Develop and maintain IT infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and inventory lists
Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new IT infrastructure projects and updates
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to systems and processes
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure budget
Assist in the development and implementation of security measures to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure and data
III. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and technologies, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with IT infrastructure budget management
Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
