Job Title: Digital & IT Project Manager

Job Overview: The Digital & IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. They will work closely with the IT and business teams to understand requirements, develop project plans, and manage project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Work closely with the IT and business teams to understand requirements, develop project plans, and manage project execution.
Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with IT governance, methodologies, and standards
Manage project stakeholders, including vendors and external partners.
Continuously improve the project management process and methodology.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Strong project management skills and experience in leading and managing IT projects.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Experience with IT governance, standards, and compliance.
Good understanding of digital technologies, trends and best practices.
