Job Title: Digital & IT Infrastructure & Security Lead Analyst

Job Overview: The Digital & IT Infrastructure & Security Lead Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure and security systems. They will lead and coordinate the efforts of the IT and security teams to ensure that the organization’s technology systems are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and security systems, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s data and technology systems by implementing and maintaining security protocols and monitoring for potential threats.
Lead and coordinate the efforts of the IT and security teams to ensure that technology systems are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of the business.
Manage and oversee IT projects, including budget and resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other departments and teams to ensure they are utilizing technology systems effectively.
Stay current with new technologies, trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and security.
Managing and implementing disaster recovery, business continuity plans and incident management plans
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and security systems, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
Experience with IT project management and budget management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent is a plus.
