Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Carers for a long-term contract
position with one of our clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing personal
care, assistance with daily activities, and support to individuals in need, such as the elderly or
disabled.
Responsibilities:
 Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing and grooming, to individuals in need
 Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning
 Provide support and companionship to individuals, including conversation and socialization
 Monitor and document changes in the individual’s condition and report any concerns to the
appropriate parties
 Administer medication as directed by a healthcare professional
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
 Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individual
 Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 1+ years of experience in a similar role
 Strong understanding of personal care and assistance with daily activities

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations
 Experience with elderly or disabled individuals is a plus
