Application Support Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our IT team at XYZ
Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and
troubleshooting for our company’s various software applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal and external customers
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Monitor and maintain software systems and applications
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs and improve application
performance
Document and track all support requests and resolutions
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide status updates and
gather feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in an application support role
Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging
Experience with SQL and database management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
