I. Position Overview

Title: Housing Repairs Store Manager
Department: Repairs and Maintenance
Reporting to: Director of Operations
II. Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the housing repairs store, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective store operations
Monitor and manage store budget, including purchasing, expenses, and inventory levels
Hire, train and supervise store staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly stocked at all times
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that store operations support and enhance overall business objectives
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to store operations
III. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
Strong understanding of inventory management and budgeting
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong team management skills
Experience in housing repairs or maintenance industry is a plus
