Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Accountant for a long-
term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for
leading the financial accounting and reporting for the company, and providing financial guidance to
support the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
 Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports, including income
statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
 Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial
reporting standards
 Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial
information
 Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments
 Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations
for improvements
 Identify and evaluate potential investments and acquisitions
 Manage and develop a team of financial analysts
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
 8+ years of experience in a similar role
 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
 Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 Strong leadership and mentoring skills
 CPA or other accounting certifications is a plus
