Job Description:
EDEA-HR is currently seeking an experienced and chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor for a
long-term contract position with one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing professional and accurate valuations of residential properties, as well as providing expert
advice to clients on property-related matters.
Responsibilities:
 Conduct thorough inspections and research of residential properties to determine accurate
valuations
 Prepare detailed reports of valuations and provide expert advice to clients on property-
related matters
 Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes to ensure the most accurate valuations
 Attend and participate in client meetings and presentations
 Develop and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and other industry
professionals
 Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through ongoing training and
development
Qualifications:
 Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or equivalent professional qualification
 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
 Strong understanding of residential property market trends and valuations
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
 Experience with property-related software and tools
 Strong understanding of property-related laws and regulations
